5 healthy snacks to kill your cravings😍

Hello lovelies!! I’m sure your here because you want to ditch the pizzas,crisps and sweets. You don’t have to do that to yourself,it’s okay to eat little bits but not everyday. These recipes are healthy snacks that help me out when I’m craving my favourite junk foods,enjoy!🥑

Peanut butter rice cakesPeanut butter

  • Rice cakes

Pb rice cakes are one of my favourite snacks to kill cravings. They are sweet and salty all at the same time! Rice cakes are really good for eating healthy as they are low in calories. Peanut butter is packed with protein,fibre and monounsaturated fats.

Frozen chocolate bananaDark chocolate

  • Frozen banana

I only tried my first frozen chocolate banana a few days ago. It was so good! This snack is a better version of a chocolate ice cream like a magnum. It’s so quick and easy! All you have to do is freeze the bananas and melt the dark chocolate. The chocolate freezes instantly when it hits the banana,then it’s ready to eat🍌Bananas are packed full of potassium,magnesium and lots of other great things. Dark chocolate is a way better alternative to milk chocolate.

Mixed berry ice smoothieMixed frozen berries

  • Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Spinach
  • Chai seeds (topping)
  • Oats (topping)
  • Banana (topping)

Basically all you do is blend everything together then put the toppings on. I prefer to put this in a bowl as it is thicker than your average smoothie. It is so delicious and refreshing I can’t even tell you!

TeaTesco berry tea

  • Tesco green tea

My favourite berry tea is Tesco own brand but if you don’t have Tesco In your area,any tea can work. I have 3-4 teas a day I am so addicted!!❤️Teas are such a great way to kill cravings and fill you up. I find that after I eat I’m not 100% full,so I make a tea instead of eating again.

Avocado toastHalf an avocado

  • Brown bread toast

I’m sure you’ve heard this one a lot, but this snack is seriously so good! The texture of the avocado is so creammyy😍Avocados are full of good benefits. They contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals!

I hope you enjoy some of my favourite snacks. Since I’ve started to eat more healthy I hardly even think about junk food anymore!!😳
